I&#039;ve gotten a lot of mileage out of redirecting my thoughts... but I&#039;ve also greatly enjoyed just paying attention and accepting them.  

Paying conscious attention to thoughts serves as a pattern interrupt itself... so often the flow of thoughts (negative or otherwise) remains largely unconscious.

Amazing what a little awareness can do...
