I agree confidence is very important when meeting people. I also do think however that someone with a LOT of confidence can sometimes appear sexy, yet potentially be a very bad match in a relationship. Finding someone who you have a lot in common with, similar goals, outlook on live etc will lead to more satifying relationships than just going for the sexy confident person.
(I realise the article is about a lot more than just this, but thought I would add my thoughts).

I have read Kathryn's article too and it's very inspiring. There is indeed a seed of confidence in all of us and sometimes we need a little guidance from others to help it grow.
