Motivation is an international development charity supporting people with mobility disabilities. I’ve supported them over many years, but this is the first time I’ve done anything of this nature. It coincides with my being advised to stop running – I’m celebrating the fact I can still enjoy walking! Sadly thousands of people cannot, and aids to mobility such as wheelchairs are not readily available.
